How to Place a Custom Order
- Include as much detail as possible — size, colors, quantity, and any reference images.
- We'll get back to you within 1-4 business days with a quote and timeline.
- Once approved, we'll get to work on your custom creation!
File Requirements
For custom designs, we prefer SVG or high-resolution PNG files for the best print quality. If you don't have a file ready, we can work with you to create one.
Pricing & Turnaround
Custom order pricing varies based on design complexity, quantity, and materials. Turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Refund Policy for Custom Orders
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. We'll always send a proof for your approval before we start!
